Check-in day is finally over and now it’s time for the real fun to start. Tonight all of camp is going on camp-outs where they cook their own dinners and have smores till they are coming out their ears.. Last I heard, cabins 7 and 20 will be heading towards the log cabin for their night under the stars. Explorer village is packing up the entire village and making its way out towards optimist pond. And those Adventure kids will be found exploring all corners of the camp kern map.

Yesterday the kids were able to sign up for three different activity hours, which they’ll be going

to almost every day this week. It can be a difficult choice as they have 10 seperate activities to choose from. Which would you choose?

-Sports

-Arts and Crafts

These activities lead to some really awesome opportunities for the campers and you may be able to catch some inside glimpses of all them throughout the week. Be sure to check for photo updates on campkern.smugmug.com where not only can you see some pictures of happenings this week, but you can also purchase pictures of your camper to keep!
