YMCA Camp Kern focuses on a Kids First environment and we are looking for dedicated, enthusiastic, and responsible individuals to help present an unforgettable summer for the campers. The following information will help inform you about Camp Kern’s summer programs and the positions we have available.

We begin processing applications for the upcoming summer in January. Applications are encouraged from January until August, and should all positions be filled, we maintain a list of possible applicants to contact should a position become available. The first step in the hiring process is completing an application, giving Camp Kern an idea of your interests and background. Once received, you will be promptly contacted regarding your next steps in the hiring process.
