Camp Kern

Yes, we get pretty excited about our themes and big games here at Camp Kern.  We love to get dressed up like different characters, and run around playing whacky games with tons of campers.  And it’s going to be unique this week.  We’ve partnered with www.starwars.com and Lucas Films to create a website dedicated to Star Wars themed games for camps.  It’s been a great experience i

n which many of Kern’s tried-and-true games have been translated into the Star Wars theme.  And this week it’s going to happen!

Counselors have dusted off their blasters and lightsabers for some pretty intense intergalactic combat, campers are preparing to face challenging Jedi Trials as they graduate from padawan to full Jedi Knights.  And Yoda may even have a super-seceret mission for them to complete…

All-in-all, we are ready to meet our Lucas Film reps who are coming in from California to watch the games, and we’re looking forward to this being a relationship that continues into the future.
