Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that this summer is shaping up to be very different from any of those we have seen in the past, and we have had all had to make some difficult decisions. We are here to help, and listed below are hopefully answers to any questions you have about cancellations and refunds.

Cancellations

Due to the unique nature of this summer, we have updated our cancellation policy. If we have cancelled your program, have a few options:

  • Move to another session / program this summer. We have very limited space in some programs due to the State Mandates. 
  • Move the funds over to a 2021 camp experience.
  • Donate all or part of the funds to help camp operate during this incredibly difficult time.
  • Request a refund.  

If you decide to cancel your campers' experience with us this year your options are:

  • Move to another session / program this summer. We have very limited space in some programs due to the State Mandates. This must be done within 3 weeks of your campers' experience.   
  • Move the funds over to a 2021 camp experience.
  • Donate all or part of the funds to help camp operate during this incredibly difficult time.
  • Request a refund. This must be done within 3 weeks of your campers' experience otherwise you will forfeit your deposit. 

Refunds

Check refunds usually take about two weeks to arrive. Credit care refunds usually take 5 business days (at the most) to be placed on your account.
