Schiewetz Assembly Hall

Our state of the art 10,000 square foot Schiewetz Assembly Hall will capture your heart with its modern, yet rustic feel. It features the Carl B.Kern Auditorium, a Board room, a Multi-purpose Room, and a Brainstorming Room. The Schiewetz Assembly Hall can accommodate up to 300 guests. Beverage, snack, and meal service available within the building. Dry erase and bulletin boards, TVS/ DVDS, computer input, ceiling mounted projectors, tables, chairs, wireless microphone, 9×12 presentation screen, and stereo system are some of the many features of this building.

Carl B. Kern Auditorium

Beautiful auditorium with stage, wireless microphones, audio/visual hookups, 12 foot screen, and laptop plug-ins. Seats 300 in chairs and 220 at round tables. Great for weddings, receptions, banquets, special occasions, corporate events, and more!

Moore Building

The Moore Building is a beautiful facility with a main Assembly Room (40-100 people) and 2 Break-out Spaces (holds about 25 people each), a back deck overlooking the Little Miami Ravine, fireplace. 

Wilderness Pavilion & Yurts 

This is a beautiful meeting space that accompanies our set of 6 Yurts (sleeps 12 each) set in the hillside overlooking the Little Miami River Valley. Wilderness Pavilion can accommodate up to 72 people, has a kitchen prep area, indoor-outdoor fireplaces, mounted projector and screen, and a beautiful wrap-around porch. This space is perfect for corporate retreats and meetings, family gatherings, and small group outings.

Elk Lodge

Elk lodge is set near the Circle K Ranch and Elk Lake, the perfect place for any retreat. Elk Lodge features bunk style sleeping with four large bunk rooms and two small bunk rooms. There are indoor bathrooms and showers, heat, air conditioning, a large meeting room and dining hall, and a fireplace. Elk Lodge also features  fireplace, tables, and chairs. At capacity, Elk Lodge can accommodate 82 people.

Snyder Recreational Hall

Snyder Recreational Hall is a large multi-purpose space that features a full size basketball court with scoreboard, restroom facilities, and indoor stage with a large garage door opening up to an outdoor stage with bench seating.
