• Morgan's Canoe / Rafting Waiver:
• Pre-Visit Questionnaire: to be completed by Teachers and returned to Camp before arrival.
• School Waiver & Release of Liability: to be completed by Teachers and returned to Camp.
• Packing List: For parents of students attending camp.
• Bed Bug Prevention Letter: For parents of students attending camp (don't worry, we don't have bed bugs!).
